Ok so i have been working this illustratin for one of the kiriban winners of last year. (because of time and work reasons i could not work it until now).
-This Original idea was to work the winner`s character cosplaying as Ryuko Matoi, but since i imagine that there are lot of fans that like this character, i made the original character version ^^.
-I also took this oportunity to experiment some color and blending technics as well as producing a speedpainting on the backround as oposite of the characters production in wich i sketch and produce cleaner lines, etc.
I must say i find this ovearll quite satisfactory
-For the pose idea, i was told to work with a back view but i give it a minor flip on her torso to have some view on her chest too (for the fans).
