Time for dragons. This experiment take me around 3-4 hours.

I Start with a head shot to see how good it could turn out. Originaly was going to be a line art only but i think i over do it haha.

I think the result is fairly good for being the first time. Hopefully i will draw an entire dragon scene.

Anyway , i hpe you like it.

Second try:

I love how much detail you put into this dragon. It's amazing. I could never draw something like that. ^-^

Oh my, very well done! I love the textures and layers you created to make this look good! I usually have trouble drawing dragons so I think I can take notes on this! Espcially the snout, teeth and horns. Great job!

a good friend of mine told me " dragons look better when you show imperfections and special features" ( thing i put in practice in the next illustration)
the tiny scales where a pain in the ass but its better to draw your own textures than using images as most of artists do.

Very interesting, I think I would do the same. It shows you put your own work into the piece and it becomes more worth the effort in the end when you can say with pride: "I created this all on my OWN." :)

Thats the main goal (at least for myself) "Auto satisfaction". There is nothing better than the feeling of joy while creating or drawing something.
